# Supovia developer platform

Supovia exposes its customer-support workspace through an HTTP API, CLI, OAuth MCP server, webhooks, portable Agent Plugin, and installable Agent Skills.

## Integration surfaces

- **REST API:** read and write support resources at https://api.supovia.com. The [API reference](https://www.supovia.com/api/) and [OpenAPI contract](https://www.supovia.com/openapi.json) document resource scopes, cursor pagination, idempotency, asynchronous jobs, structured errors, and live `RateLimit` response headers.
- **Command-line interface:** install the official CLI with `npm install -g supovia`, or run it without installing with `npx supovia --help`. It operates websites, conversations, customers, and help-center documents after the self-serve `supovia login` flow. Read the [npm package](https://www.npmjs.com/package/supovia) or [CLI source](https://github.com/supovia/cli).
- **MCP server:** connect an OAuth-capable agent host to https://mcp.supovia.com/mcp. It supports discovery and read operations plus explicit approval-gated support actions through `supovia:read` and `supovia:write` scopes.
- **Webhooks:** receive signed support events on an HTTPS endpoint that you control; the [developer page](https://www.supovia.com/developers/#webhooks) documents the event and signature headers.
- **Agent Skills:** install Supovia workflows with `npx skills add supovia/skills` from the [public skills repository](https://github.com/supovia/skills).

## Evaluate without credentials

The live sandbox requires no authentication and no API key. It needs no account, signup, or sales approval. It returns deterministic demonstration help-center documents in the same JSON shape as authenticated reads and includes real `RateLimit` headers:

```bash
curl https://api.supovia.com/api/sandbox/documents
```

The sandbox also demonstrates an asynchronous API operation. Creating a summary job returns `202 Accepted` and a `Location` header for polling:

```bash
curl -X POST https://api.supovia.com/api/sandbox/documentsummaryjobs
```

For organization data, [create a Free account](https://app.supovia.com/signup) without contacting sales, create a website, and issue a least-privilege API key instantly in the dashboard. Read the complete [authentication guide](https://www.supovia.com/auth.md) before sending the secret with HTTP Basic authentication. Never put credentials in a URL, prompt, log, or support message.

## Public agent configuration

The [public Supovia integration repository](https://github.com/supovia/claude-plugin) is inspectable before installation. Its root [portable plugin manifest](https://github.com/supovia/claude-plugin/blob/main/plugin.json), [Claude manifest](https://github.com/supovia/claude-plugin/blob/main/.claude-plugin/plugin.json), [MCP configuration](https://github.com/supovia/claude-plugin/blob/main/mcp.json), and [repository agent instructions](https://github.com/supovia/claude-plugin/blob/main/AGENTS.md) describe the official package and source.
