This article explains how to add a customer support live chat to your website. The general goal is to copy paste a snippet of code from Supovia containing a <script> tag into the HTML code of your website.
- Signup or login into your Supovia dashboard
- Navigate to the Settings page
- Copy the <script> code shown in the Setup field
- Paste the <script> anywhere inside the tag of the HTML of your page
- Run your website locally to check the live chat bubble is appearing in the bottom right corner
- Deploy the HTML of the page you changed to your hosting provider
