This article explains how to add a customer support live chat to your wordpress website.
- Go to your wordpress dashboard
- Install the supovia plugin from wordpress plugin store and activate it
- After activating, click on the the Supovia settings that appear on the left menu
- Copy your SUPOVIA_WEBSITE_ID from Supovia app's setting page
- Paste the SUPOVIA_WEBSITE_ID and hit "Save Website"
- You have successfully connected your wordpress site to the supovia plugin
