How to install Supovia chat support on my wordpress website

This article explains how to add a customer support live chat to your wordpress website.

  1. Go to your wordpress dashboard
  2. Install the supovia plugin from wordpress plugin store and activate it
  3. After activating, click on the the Supovia settings that appear on the left menu
  4. Copy your SUPOVIA_WEBSITE_ID from Supovia app's setting page
  5. Paste the SUPOVIA_WEBSITE_ID and hit "Save Website"
  6. You have successfully connected your wordpress site to the supovia plugin
