These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Supovia, including its website, applications, APIs, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations (collectively, the Service). The Service is operated by Supovia LLC (we, us, or our). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and authorized use

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for ensuring that anyone you authorize to use the Service follows these Terms and applicable law.

Your data and permissions

You retain ownership of the information you provide to the Service, including customer details, conversations, messages, and support documents. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that information to provide and improve the Service. When you connect Supovia to a third-party client such as ChatGPT, you control the authorization that client receives and may revoke it through the relevant account settings.

Customer communications

You are responsible for the content of messages sent through the Service and for having the necessary rights and permissions to contact recipients. You must comply with applicable privacy, marketing, messaging, and consumer-protection laws when using the Service to communicate with customers.

AI and MCP integrations

The Service may make workspace information and approved actions available to AI clients through MCP. Review a client's requested permissions before authorizing it. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete, and you remain responsible for reviewing it before relying on it or sending it to a customer.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• violate applicable law or another person's rights;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems;
• transmit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content; or
• reverse engineer, scrape, or automate the Service except through documented features and APIs.

Fees and subscriptions

Paid features, pricing, and billing intervals are presented before purchase. You are responsible for applicable fees and taxes. We may change prices or plans prospectively with reasonable notice; any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Supovia LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or other proprietary materials except as needed to use the Service.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, its users, or third parties, including for a material breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and as available. We disclaim warranties not expressly set out in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
